As Chicago Pneumatic Compressors/Pneumatech Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for product marketing of CP/Pneumatech aftermarket products. You will report directly to the VP of Operations Chicago Pneumatic.
Main Responsiblities:
- Define key opportunities for products implementation & growth
- Product Value Training: strategies/tactics/features-benefits/arguments & assist management with identifying new ways to market
- Implementation of sales & marketing promotions for all aftermarket products in North America
- Support continued service business growth with management including & as needed:Preparation of all technical materials such as brochures, leaflets, presentation, etc.
- Development of training packages for e-learning, webinars, class and individual training
- Organization of new product launches, product information, sales training, campaigns
- Provide input for new product development & competitive approach
- Actively control price management for aftermarket, to enhance our direct profitability, partner development, and market alignment
- Work closely with divisional support team to implement new tools/resources
Additional Responsibilities
- Installed base monitoring to identify additional opportunities for growth
- Distribution Scorecard Development and Review
- Actively promote and integrate activities that drive Optimization Adoption in distribution
- Establish KPI’s and associated action plan to achieve goals
- Train partners on internal company resources and when/were/how to access
- Prepare and present Sales & Marketing results, goals, analysis, and strategy on a quarterly basis.
Sales Training Respnsiblities
-To prepare and update training materials to drive development of business and company strategies.
-To provide intensive training of product knowledge to sales team and distributors for CTS portfolio.
- Coordination and support to indirect sales team
