The Role


This position will execute the digital marketing plan for Power Technique North America with a focus on: content, campaigns and the Chicago Pneumatic brand. The ideal candidate will take ownership of these projects to ensure they get completed.

Roles and Responsibilities: 

  • Support the development of creative assets for Chicago Pneumatic (CP) for new product introductions, website, sales enablement tools, partner advertising and applications.  Will need to develop creative assets on own and where necessary, be able to manage vendors producing creative assets.

  • Support and help organize website content to increase website traffic, engagement and demand generation in alignment with business objectives. Work in Adobe Experience Web platform with support of local/global web teams and to improve the overall CX.

  • Analyze and assess performance of all digital marketing assets against established goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) to maximize the return on investment (ROI).

  • Execute/support social media initiatives, advertising and campaigns to build brand awareness and demand generation for key products.

  • Marketing automation usage for campaign management

  • Be a champion for the sales team, use CRM tools, digital content and collateral to enable the sales org. Shape the sales pipeline by utilizing Marketing Automation / CRM systems and business intelligence to assist in developing prospects for the sales funnel.

  • Monitor and control digital marketing expense.

  • Project Management - Youtube Videos, Service Support Videos, Social Media, and other future projects such as warranty, connectivity, power connect, and service/maintenance. 

  • Presentation development and result summaries.

What we expect of you? 

Supervisory Responsibility: 

This position has no supervisory responsibility. May include management of internship position for CP.


This position requires 2-3 years of proven working experience in digital marketing.


This position requires a 4-year college or university degree in marketing or a related field.  A master’s degree is a plus.


To be successful in this role, the person should:

  • Be highly creative with experience in devising digital assets and campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.

  • Have demonstrable experience managing web optimization, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns 

  • Have experience in demand generation.

  • Have solid knowledge and proficiency of website and marketing analytics tools.

  • Possess an in-depth knowledge of how marketing automation works.

  • Have excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail.

  • Be an expert in project management.

  • Experience using C4C to create leads and opportunities. 


  • Occasional travel may be required
