Your Role

If you are a dynamic experienced industrial sales professional who enjoys delivering customer centric solutions, developing innovative sales strategies and independently growing your accounts and market share accross culturally diverse region, join us on our journey for a better tomorrow!

As Business Development Manager Heavy Truck & Bus, you will develop the Heavy truck and bus market across several European countries (from The Netherlnds to Poland & from Denmark to Switzerland) by:

  • creating and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve business targets and increasing market share with the full portfolio of our market-leading technologies
  • mapping and analyzing heavy truck and bus market to gain thorough understanding of the trends, competition, products and customers
  • spending majority of your time in field, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in heavy truck & bus market, including actively hunting for new accounts across your region
  • nurturing existing heavy truck and bus accounts and building lasting relationships with customers' points of contact at various levels within their organizations
  • identifying and developing relevant sales channels for optimized market coverage
  • conducting product demonstrations and sharing product knowledge with heavy truck and bus fleet customers and industrial distributors
  • managing selected industrial distributors, including driving their sales team training, common end-user visits and business planning & forecasting.

 
To succeed, you will need  

  • proven sales experience in industrial market as well as ability to drive business independently and achieve impressive results
  • sound technical understanding, passion for new technologies and strong drive to learn as well as share knowledge with others
  • very good knowledge of MS Office, comfortable using CRM platforms
  • clean driving license, because this is a field-based role and you will be travelling daily across your territory
  • excellent relationship-building as well as negotiation skills and the ability to engage with customers at various organizational levels
  • growth mindset, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to understand and address customer needs
  • fluency in both English and German and your customers will also appreciate sound knowledge of another European language, preferably Czech or Polish.
