Chicago Pneumatic Tools Expanding Business in China
New Customer Center Office Opening in Shanghai: 2400 square meters dedicated to customer support and product development.

A grand opening ceremony was held by Chicago Pneumatic Tools Customer Center at 10:00 a.m. in the new office building. Liselotte Duthu, Vice President of Holding China, Hakan B. Andersson, General Manager of Chicago Pneumatic Tools Customer Center China, Mr. Ding Guikang, General Manager of Songjiang High Technology Park, Cao Hejing Development Zone attended the opening ceremony, witnessing this memorable moment together with over 100 employees.

Today, our business expansion and customers deserve a higher level of services to grow and that is what we are delivering here: More customer training services, bigger product servicing capacity, customer support and product development dedicated teams, as well as sales and marketing team expansion. The new office is the beginning of a new era forChicago PneumaticTools in China and it will bring even more opportunities to us in the future.”
The office space has increased from the original 700 to 2,400 square meters. The 1st floor, dedicated to product development, includes 280 square meters of technical offices and testing labs specially designed to perform durability tests, sound, vibration and tool performance measurements. The repair center facility is also there, close to several application rooms dedicated to application testing, grinding room, assembly room, as well as bust/drop pressure test for all types of tools. The 2nd floor, dedicated to sales, marketing and customer support functions, includes several meeting and advanced training rooms as well as a brand new product show-room.
