Mission

Your mission is to primarily focus on developing new distributors in South Vietnam

                 Key responsibilities

  • Achieve sales target & develop market share
  • Enhance our presence in all territories by appointing right Distributors
  • Pursue sales lead, promote product and conclude order with professionalism.
  • Liaise with internal colleagues to coordinate activities in executing sales order.
  • Feedback and make report as per requirement by the General Manager on all sales related activities and market information
  • Develop and maintain strong relationship with key distributors and customers.
  • Continuous improvement of Distributors competency
  • Primary objective is to sell equipment but also to be accountable for aftermarket issues which then are relayed to the aftermarket department.  Single point of contact for Distributors
  • Undertake ad-hoc projects and assignments from time to time as per the General Manager’s instructions.
  • Develop incentive scheme for distributors / resellers
  • Define pricing & discount structures in conjunction with the General Manager
  • Develop starter packs for new distributors / presentations & communication material
  • Update Market Share on quarterly basis
  • Maintain updated info regarding competition activities and pricing

Qualification

  • 2-3 years of sale experience, preferably with air compressors, pumps…
  • Experienced in building distributors, key account management
  • Personality: aggressive to build new distributor business, willing to go extra mile
  • Good communication
  • Have clear sale career plan
  • B2 driving license
