I really enjoy participating in projects to develop new products for our market. The easy contact with other product departments to learn more about our products and the different markets around the world is something that really motivates me. I also like the daily contact I have with customers.
Chicago Pneumatic invests a lot in its employees. I started in a trainee position and after a year I was promoted to engineer. In three years I worked with every type of compressor, collaborating with my colleagues to grow our market share.
Our business, compressed air, is necessary in all industrial applications. So, we get to work with a lot of people in different markets to provide a better solution for their specific needs.
Last month we did a seminar for dealers. In this event I was responsible for demonstrating our new Marketing Portal, a CD with all the documentation required for sales. I worked on the CD for three months, but was congratulated by everyone on the results. The best thing about working in a worldwide organization is the many opportunities you have for personal and professional development.
