Luis M. Bustos, Business Line Manager, Construction Tools, Spain
I am a mechanical engineer and after five years of working with compressors I started a new challenge as Construction Tools Business Line Manager, overseeing the Chicago Pneumatic brand.
What I enjoy most about my job is the daily contact with dealers and end customers, and the daily challenge to discover real customer needs that can be satisfied with CP solutions.
I’m proud that while Chicago Pneumatic has more than 100 years of history, we continuously develop our product range to extend and improve our offering to customers. I like knowing that I offer very reliable products of quality that are well recognized by customers. I trust what I sell.
More specifically, I’m also proud of our success in promoting Chicago Pneumatic hydraulic breakers in particular. This is thanks to the good job in the field of our sales and service engineers.
