CP concrete - surfacing
To create a quality finish, you need quality equipment. Chicago Pneumatic power trowels deliver the features you need to do the job right. Reliable engines, low hand and arm vibrations and high rated speeds of 40 to 140 rpm help operators stay productive, while the hand throttle and pitch adjustment deliver excellent control. Simply use a floating disc for the first pass over the concrete, then finish with troweling blades.

Features & Benefits
  • The ignition kill switch stops the engine when released within 180-200° of blade rotation (complies with 2015 CE requirements).
  • All engines HONDA EPA CARB equipped with oil alert
  • Grease nipples on the hub to grease blade shafts
  • Equipped with belt guard that have safety on the screws, screws cannot be detached and lost as per CE standards
  • Protection plate with vents to avoid putting hand between engine and belt area

Applications
CP power trowels are used to create a smooth surface after wet concrete has been vibrated with a poker and leveled with a leveling beam. They are ideal for concrete slabs, industrial warehouse floors, residential housing, parking lots and alleys — or anywhere concrete slabs are poured. The STG 245 is recommended for smaller slabs and finishing edges, while the STG 365 and 465 can be used for larger slabs.
